SHIPPING POLICY
You may choose the UPS shipping method that you prefer. (For example: GROUND, 3 DAY SELECT, 2 DAY, NEXT DAY)
Orders require 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 2 PM (PST) begin processing the next business day.
All orders placed using P.O. Box addresses will be shipped through USPS only.
Please note, we allow ourselves an additional 5 days to conduct investigation of suspicious purchase.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Not as Expected, Change of Mind, & Other Reasons
- Return Window: 7 days
- Return Methods: Return & Refund is default (Vendor may allow Returnless Refund)
- Shipping Fees: Buyer may be responsible for both shipping costs in some cases.
- Restocking fee: may be charged (Max 20%)
Wrong, Missing, Damaged, & Defective Items
- Return Window: 7 days
- Processing Methods: Return & Refund, Replacement or Returnless Refund
- Shipping Fees: Vendor covers original and return shipping
- Restocking Fee: Not Applicable
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.
All final sale items are marked as such and cannot be returned for store credit.
